Before joining Avista, she has worked with companies like Jet Airways, Punj Lloyd Aviation Ltd. and TATA SIA Airlines – Vistara, where she shouldered the responsibility of leading and managing teams responsible for the safety and security of people.

Over the years, Megha has developed effective communications skill, affable people skills and the ability to successfully resolve crisis situations. She has also worked at ITC Maurya Hotel and RIG Institute of Hospitality and Management where she was responsible for marketing and public relations.
