Internship Program

Our Internship Program is open to undergraduate students from leading institutions. While the program is open to all specialisations preference will be given to those with a finance or business background. The Internship program is usually for eight weeks and provides the candidates with a mix of live deal experience and research work.

Analyst / Associate Program

Analyst Program – Our Analyst Program is open to Graduates and Post Graduates who are looking for an entry-level career in Investment Banking.

Analysts support our bankers in servicing clients on transactions across one of our industry verticals and also across products.

The role demands extensive industry research, financial analysis, financial modelling and presentation skills. In fact, our client solutions are heavily dependent on the data prepared by our Analysts, and success of our advice to clients hinges on the integrity of this analysis.

The idea is to not just be good at reading numbers but to be perceptive to the story behind these numbers, decode trends and patterns, and how all of it can ultimately add value for the client.

Associate Program – Our Associate Program is open to experienced individuals with a minimum 3-4 years of working experience in Investment Banking and / or Corporate Finance Advisory services. We are looking for candidates who have a strong desire to build and strengthen their investment banking experience. Associates work closely with the deal team leaders in deal execution, spearheading client presentations, performing financial analysis and strategic decision-making for the client.

Experienced Hires

Whilst hiring experienced professionals we look for candidates who have significant years of experience and have demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities in specific functional areas. Also crucial here is a quantifiable passion for success and immaculate integrity. The hiring process will differ based on the functional area and role.
